Guys i am confused!

i have a big plan of changing the clan Tag and Rank...

Ranks:-
Group A - Its Better If It Will Be The Same
Group B - ! -Admin , i- Moderator , ' -Golden Player , . -Player
Group C - ! -Admin , ~-Mod , - -Golden Player , | -Player

Tags:-
[WrS]-Urname
Wr.Urname

i think it must be

B Group And Tag Must Be Wr.urname

I don't understand rank system... I think the tag WrS its ok why to change?

-Goodfather[G]
-Maniac[M]
-Caporal[CPL]
-Private[PVT]
-Probation[PBT] or [P] its ok if we test ppl before they join us(we watch their gameplay for few days and then accept them in our clan) ? to see if they are respectfull and good players
