As i think promotions should be done by voting of active player.
here i mention active player as some cheat by making new id and vote themself.

ur right but our clan leaders have the power to promote or demote and the new ranks are also have some ranks which have power to demote or promote

Demotion And Promotion Is Only For Some Ranks and Yes Ranks Under Modification Check it this Weekend And It Will Be Started To Be Applied!
